A general admission ticket gives access to all of the food and drink, shopping and ‘have a go areas’ as well as many free talks and cooking demos. Skinny Bitch Collective
The most talked about wellness and lifestyle project for women right now, Skinny Bitch Collective preaches squatting, sleep and sex; fusing strength and metabolic conditioning with signature SBC movements. Hemsley + Hemsley
Jasmine + Melissa Hemsley celebrate food that makes you feel your very best. The sisters founded Hemsley + Hemsley 6 years ago, providing home-cooked food for people that wanted to live healthier, happier and more energised lives. With a client book packed with celebrities, international jet setters and a food blog for Vogue, the Hemsley's pride themselves on creating meals that are wholesome and nutrient-filled as well as delicious. Their first cookbook 'The Art of Eating Well' has been on bestseller lists since its release in the summer of 2014.
The inimitable Gaby Roslin, herself passionate about healthy eating and fitness, will open the hour talking candidly with the sisters. Jasmine and Melissa will then do what they do best and cook on stage, showing you how easy it is to make simple, tasty and nourishing dishes so you can love what you eat and look and feel amazing too!
Green Kitchen stories
We are beyond excited to welcome the gorgeous and inspirational Stockholm couple, David Frenkiel & Luise Vindahl. Together with their daughter Elsa they have created Green Kitchen Stories, a vegetarian blog famed for its stunning photography and pioneering plant based recipes. They are also authors of two best-selling cookbooks, filled with recipes and stories that make it plain to see how they’ve accumulated such a huge international following.
They will be telling us their story, answering questions and cooking some of their most famous recipes.

The Health Demystified hour will feature three short talks from some of the industry's leading names:
Martin Morales is the chef and founder of Peruvian restaurants Ceviche and Andina. Giving up a career in the music industry to follow his true passion, when he opened Ceviche Soho in 2012 it kick-started London’s Peruvian restaurant revolution. Andina in Shoreditch followed, focussing especially on the superfood ingredients found in the Andean region of Peru. The buzz continues with the new Ceviche Old St, which opened in March this year.
Martin is passionate about Superfoods. In his talk, he will uncover some of the mystery behind their growing popularity and the powerful effect they are said to have on our health. Why is Peru such an epicentre for these ingredients? Martin’s broad knowledge and love of his homeland and the food it produces makes for fascinating listening.
Rosemary Ferguson is a qualified nutritionist and expert on the subject on Juicing, having just published her debut book on the subject. She will clear up our confusion over the juice debate.
Self taught chef, businesswoman and founder of The Detox Kitchen, Lily Simpson is an impressive lady. The ever-expanding Detox Kitchen, which comprises a healthy delivery service, two delis and a cookbook, has changed the way thousands of Londoners eat. Lily will talk about so-called convenience foods, the shocking mistruths around our food labels and how we are duped into eating things we’re unaware of.
Wellbeing phenomenon, food writer and nutritionist Ella Woodward is the author of ‘Deliciously Ella’, sharing healthy recipes, cooking tips and daily inspiration with her international following of over two million readers. Her philosophy is all about showing that healthy living is fun and enjoyable, it’s not about deprivation or starvation but finding ways to make you healthy and happy.
At Fare Healthy, Ella will be talking about eating well on a budget, followed by what she loves and hates, sharing cooking tips and advice, her favourite cooking gadgets and generally what life's like as Ella Woodward. She will finish with a Q & A.

VOGA is the brainchild of Juliet Murrell, a successful set designer in the fashion, film and design industry who qualified as a yoga instructor in 2011 to restore her natural energy levels, which had been depleted by post-viral chronic fatigue.
Identifying a niche for a more expressive, energetic style of yoga, Juliet went on to create VOGA, a stretching and posing routine set to an iconic 80s beat.

BarrecoreMIXED is Barrecore’s signature class. It is a low impact, full body, interval training program using isometric exercises alternated with stretching. Movements are done using your own body weight as resistance and/or small equipment and high repetition to overload the muscle and then stretched out to create a longer looking and lean physique.
Unique to TenPilates, Dynamic Mat Classes bring the intensity, full-body workout and heart/lung conditioning of the innovative, results driven TenPilates technique to Mat Pilates.

Yin Yoga by Frame
Yin Yoga has transformative effects on body and mind. The gentle but consistent stimulation of the connective tissues encourages long-term health and flexibility of the joints, recharges the energetic systems of the body and naturally draws the mind inward into a relaxed state. It prepares the body and mind for longer and better quality meditation practices. The postures are held for longer than usual, the class ends with a meditation. Pregnancy can be a joyful and exciting time, but it can also bring about lots of feelings of anxiety, loss of control, physical change and psychological transition. It can feel like there's so much to prepare for, to buy and get ready, that it's sometimes easy to forget to nurture what's really important - you and your baby's physical and emotional wellbeing.
With The Calm Birth School's deep relaxation for pregnancy, we'll be taking care of just that. In this 45 minute session, we will teach you our signature breathing technique, allowing you to achieve a state of calm at a moment's notice. We will then invite you to relax and connect with your baby, as we take you through a wonderful guided mediation for deep relaxation in its truest form.
This is a time solely for you, where nobody will require anything of you emotionally or physically. It is a safe time and space for you to let go of all worry and doubt, and tune in with your inherent maternal power and wisdom.
